Denis has extensive knowledge and experience in relation to leases, acting for landlords and tenants on matters including: • Heads of agreement, agreements for lease, head leases, subleases and assignment of leases of all types including retail, commercial and industrial leases; • Shopping centres with more than 150 retail outlets; and • Advise in relation toassociatedmatters includingbut not limited todisputes, negotiations and mediations. Denis also acts in advising and assisting businesses and SMEs including: • The sales and purchase of businesses; • Companyshareandtrustunittransfers,assetprotection,businesssuccessionandshareholders agreement; and • Distribution agreements, agency agreements, licensing agreements and franchise agreements.
