About Goran Studen Over the last couple of years, I have gained extensive experience in the field of advising Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), institutional clients and Family Offices. As an associate at an international law firm in Munich I had the opportunity to be part of substantial and cross- border wealth transfers. Following my relocation to Switzerland, I joined a Zurich based law firm. Working in the Private Clients team of a top tier law firm has given me the unique opportunity to advise HNWI and UHNWI as well as Family Offices, corporations and institutions from around the world. Building on my experience, in December 2013 I decided to expand my entrepreneurial horizon and to set up a law office in Zurich with a clear focus on providing independent legal advice to clients in Switzerland and abroad in the areas of inheritance law, trusts, estate planning and cross-border wealth planning. Together with my partner, Prof. Dr. Dominique Jakob, I established the law firm Jakob Studen Partner in 2015. As managing partner at JSP Jakob Studen Partner I have been able to further develop and acquire additional professional, managerial and social skills, particularly in the areas of acquisition of new clients, strengthening of client relationships, developing and implementing a clear corporate and project-based identity, client handling and effectively resolving complex cases and situations also under time pressure.
