We also offer a complete end-to-end investment solution; integrating our leading fiduciary offering with our award winning risk settlement expertise. This takes schemes beyond fully funded through to buyout via an insurance provider, avoiding the need to disinvest to cash and wait for the optimal time to buyout. Delivering outperformance Achieving great investment results for ALL of our clients is at the heart of our fiduciary offering. 100% of our full fiduciary clients have outperformed their bespoke liability benchmarks since their inception dates (net of all fees, as at 31 March 2017). Excellence in client service Delivering excellence in fiduciary management is about more than just innovation or performance. We are committed to providing the best service to our clients. All of our fiduciary clients receive comprehensive quarterly reports, monthly valuations and regular meetings with our dedicated fiduciary specialists. Clients’ overall solutions are overseen by our Partners. We have a 100 strong team dedicated to our EMEA fiduciary management offering. Over the past 15 months we have expanded our fiduciary team by around 30% to support continued growth of our business. We are also investing heavily in our infrastructure and systems. Driving greater transparency We have helped lead the drive for greater transparency in fiduciary management and the wider pensions industry. In particular around the key areas of fees, performance and reporting. Our recent articles and blogs have focused on helping trustees improve transparency from their pension scheme providers and achieve greater value for money. Our UK Fiduciary Management Survey, the largest survey in the industry and 2017 will be its 8th year (published in September 2017), allows trustees to understand the latest trends and insights of the market. It provides independent views, key learnings and actions for trustees to take away and apply to their scheme to improve outcomes – whether they have gone down the fiduciary route or not.
