Firm Profile We are a vibrant multi-consultancy practice run by a professional and enthusiastic team of over 30 people. The directors and staff have significant experience throughout the RIBA Plan of Work stages and are currently involved in a number of sectors including residential, mixed use, office, education, healthcare, placemaking and masterplanning. GENDER BALANCE AND DIVERSITY We pride ourselves on our gender balance and diverse workforce; over 20 nationalities are represented within the office. This rich mix of different cultures and backgrounds helps us to create the innovative designs that we are passionate about. BIM LEVEL 2 We collaborate closely with major software vendors to improve our internal processes and ensure we are meeting BIM level 2 maturity in accordance with official documents and standards including PAS1192-2:2013. Applications that enable client groups to observe and interact in a virtual environment and visualise key external and internal spaces using hand-held devices also provide valuable support to our BIM process. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 To maintain our ability to improve our service, we provide regular internal trainings to our staff at all levels. This follows our ISO 9001 certification, which requires quality assessments and auto-improvement trough time. Sustainability is key in our approach and our ISO 14001 certification guaranty that our business model is to high standards. GROWTH We started back in 2012 with 2 people and are now a 30+ multi-consultancy practice. Based around architecture, which stays our core sector, we now offer interior design, landscaping, principal designer, townplanning and urban design. We are now looking at our next challenge, which is to export our services to a number of countries by developing a long term relationship with local key companies COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT We have been involved on a yearly basis on several charity projects where we helped local communities pro-bono to secure funding, get planning or develop an idea. In 2017, we also started a series of discussions to bring new ideas to the construction sector.
