John Byrnes is the Founder and Principal of Community Services Analysis LLC, a company dedicated to helping Non-Profit organizations measure their value and efficiency through conducting Return on Funding Investment, Operating Efficiency, and Development Planning projects. He has been the founder and CEO of four venture capital funded software technology companies. He has BS degrees in Accounting and Computer Science.
John also has been a Certified Public Accountant, the SVP/CFO of ATCO Corporation, and a member of the Board of Directors of numerous companies, including Colorado Venture Capital Corporation and the Arizona Humanities Council. He has also been Chairman of the Pima Library Foundation and a founding member of Social Value – United States. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in grant applications, grant reviews and approvals, funding monitoring, and process effectiveness reviews and management.
