Keith has a comprehensive background in Pharmaceutical Sales, Sales & Key Account Management Performance with a long and distinguished career in The Pharmaceutical Industry. Keith also has a comprehensive background coaching Senior Leadership Teams, at Pfizer. Since leaving Pfizer, in late 2017, he has consulted with global clients in the elite sport, gold mining, private equity, financial industries and SME’s in the niche technology and city sectors.
Keith is based at his company headquarters in the UK and since becoming a Gallup certified coach, in early 2015, he has led a major scale up of Strengths based Engagement across Pfizer UK. His coaching & consulting engagements have included many senior leaders in the UK and European business.
Keith’s passion is in identifying individual and team strengths, improving communication and collaboration among teams to set them up for success. Keith’s clients testify to improved engagement in both Executive and Senior Leadership teams, with focus on increased communication, collaboration, trust, teamworking and productivity. He assists clients in creating mutually supportive engagement strategies that create a focused, aligned and engaged workplace culture underpinning the long-term achievement of aggressive business goals.
Keith is a dual International Sportsmen, representing Great Britain in Bobsleigh and Road Cycling, and is one of the first Advanced Certified Strengths coaches in the world. Keith is also a graduate of Gallup’s High-Performance Management programme, a member of EMCC as a Certified Coaching Practitioner and an Accredited Associate Executive Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching
