From 1996 to mid-2009 he led the Group Tax Department at Siemens AG. He was previously the tax manager at PWA, which at the time was Germanys largest paper group (now SCA). Fritz Esterer started his career in 1982 as a qualified tax advisor and audit manager at the auditing company, Haas Bacher Scheuer.
